The player (complainant) registered in King Billy Casino 2nd of August, 2018.
Made deposits, played, uploaded documents, passed verification, made withdrawals, contacted support via Live Chat with the request, quote: ‘Please close my account I have a gambling problem thanks’.
Per player’s request, his account was closed on the permanent basis due to acknowledging of being gambling addicted.

Moreover, 5 month later, the player contacted us via Live Chat under the same name and email with a request to reopen account. We’d like to underline the fact that as a licensed and a reputable casino, player’s request was not fulfilled but politely denied. The player was informed, quote: ‘Dear (undisclosed), by your request, your account at King Billy Casino has been closed and will not be opened again in the future.’
The player’s first account has never been reopened and never will be.

April 16, 2019 one more account under name (undisclosed) with the same profile information as it was found out later, at the time of account verification, was registered by a player. A player made deposits and uploaded documents.

Once the duplicate account was detected, the second account created by a player was closed due to violations of General Terms and Conditions of King Billy casino:
1) 10.2.2 You have the right to use only one account. One account per a residence address, an IP address, a PC. If You register more than one member account, all Your accounts can be suspended or deleted, and all bets can be void.

2) Due to the fact that the player acknowledged his gambling addiction and many times pointed out it in communication with the support department in the email correspondence, the account, a priory, cannot exist in King Billy Casino.

Taking into consideration all mentioned above, we can state with confidence that no violations were made from the casino’s side and It is solely player’s responsibility to assure he follows casino’s established Terms and Conditions.
